Payment Terms
We implement an internationally standardized payment process to ensure the capital security and smooth transaction of both buyers and sellers. For standard orders of eco friendly disposable lunch boxes, we adopt the settlement method of 30% advance payment + 70% balance payment. After the contract is signed, the customer pays 30% advance payment, and we immediately arrange raw material procurement and production scheduling to ensure the order starts on time.
After the goods are produced and pass our full inspection, we will provide customers with high-definition finished product photos, quality inspection reports and packing lists. After the customer confirms correctness, they pay 70% balance payment, and we complete container loading and shipment within 48 hours after receiving the balance payment slip. For customized orders of eco friendly disposable lunch boxes, we adopt the settlement method of 50% advance payment + 50% balance payment: 50% advance payment is made after the contract is signed, and we start mold design and special raw material procurement; drawings or mold photos will be sent for customer confirmation within 7-10 days, and mass production will start after confirmation; after the bulk goods are produced and pass inspection, the customer pays the remaining 50% balance payment, and we arrange shipment. We support settlement in both US dollars and RMB. For large-volume long-term cooperative customers, we can negotiate more flexible payment terms according to the actual situation.

Q: Can your eco friendly disposable lunch boxes be heated in a microwave?
A: Yes. Our eco friendly disposable lunch boxes are made of food-grade corn starch-based material, with high temperature resistance up to 100℃, and can be heated in a microwave. It is recommended that the heating time does not exceed 3 minutes to avoid product deformation caused by long-term high-temperature heating.
Q: Can your products be refrigerated or frozen?
A: Yes. Our eco friendly disposable lunch boxes are resistant to low temperatures down to -20℃, and can be placed in the refrigerator for refrigeration or freezing, suitable for storing leftover food. It is recommended to thaw naturally after taking out frozen products, and avoid direct high-temperature heating.
Q: Can you provide free samples?
A: Yes. We provide free sample service. You only need to bear the express delivery fee (supports collect or prepayment). We will arrange shipment within 24 hours after receiving your sample application, so that you can see the actual product as soon as possible.
